2024 Lacerte Tax Planner Not Launching?

I've installed the 2024 Lacerte program and the 2024 Lacerte Tax Planner. However, when I click on the icon to launch the 2024 tax planner, nothing happens. I have to go to the installer files to click on the launcher instead of the app to get it to open. 

Does anyone else have this issue? Am I doing something wrong? I've tried reinstalling the app with no success.

I'm having this issue as well.  However, I cannot get the launcher to open the program either.

So is there a solution to this? I can get the tax planner 24 to start via the icon in the Lacerte software but when I try to open using the program short cut it won't launch.

I am having the same problem. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

we have the same problem.  we can only open it from the icon inside lacerte.

I ended up fixing it by installing it with the Web Installer and pointing the install to the C:\Lacerte. Previously I had been installing it to the network but apprently  that no longer works with the 2024 version of Lacerte.
